Andrew Kimmel is the Founder and CEO of Bnchmrk, the benefits intelligence platform that helps brokers and consultants support every plan design recommendation with verified data.
Andrew has spent his whole career in employee benefits. He started as a Benefit Analyst at AGS Benefits Group, a boutique NYC brokerage that was later acquired by NFP. He then served as NFP’s Director of Analytics, supporting mid-market and self-funded employers and advising private equity firms on their portfolio companies. In that role he saw the problem firms of every size faced: there was no reliable way to show clients how competitive their benefits really were.
He founded Bnchmrk in 2015 to solve it. Today the platform covers 80,000+ validated plans across 14,000+ employers, and more than 25,000 consultants use it. Bnchmrk remains independent and is not venture-backed.
